A rubber ring that is bonded rather than moulded in will lift after a few months of use on tile, and every lifted bowl becomes a complaint and a return. This specification calls for a bonded ring and a minimum gauge, which removes the single most common quality complaint in this category.
Material and grade
Food-grade stainless steel, grade 304 as standard. Grade 201 is available at a lower cost but is not recommended for your EU-bound range: it has lower corrosion resistance and will not satisfy the expectations set by some European retailers who specify 304 in their own product standards.
Packaging
Neutral packaging as standard: white or brown box, your label and barcode applied by us. Printed retail cartons can be quoted separately once the specification is confirmed.
Minimum order quantity is 500 pieces per size, with steel coil minimums setting the practical floor. Because bowls are dense, they make an effective consolidation anchor — they fill the base of a container and take the weight of lighter goods stacked above.

Can you supply 316 stainless?
316 is available but usually at a meaningful premium and with a longer lead time. It is worth discussing only if your market specifically requires it, for example chloride-heavy coastal environments.
What is the lead time?
Typically four to six weeks for production in neutral packaging, before consolidation and shipping. We will confirm against the factory schedule when you place the order.
Do you offer printed cartons?
Yes. Printed cartons carry their own minimum and setup cost, so for a first order we usually recommend neutral packaging with a label applied to the box, and printed cartons once the specification is settled.
